Who We Are
We built Legend Works with a focus on reliability, quality, and honest service. After 38 years in automotive engineering, Ken wanted to create something of his own that served local homeowners the right way. His son, Ken Jr. (KC), brought three years of commercial construction engineering experience to the business. Together, we launched our remodeling company in May 2023 with the goal of offering high-quality renovations at a fair cost.
Even though our business is new, we bring 30 years of experience to every project. We serve residential homeowners and property owners in Utica, MI and the surrounding areas. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and decks are our core services, along with custom renovations tailored to each home. We handle each job with pride, care, and craftsmanship.
What makes us different is how we work with people. We show up when we say we will, keep our word, and communicate clearly from start to finish. We don’t cut corners, and we focus on both durability and appearance. Fair pricing and cost transparency are part of our process, and we look for ways to help clients save without sacrificing quality. Every project is handled by us directly—we don’t hand off jobs to third parties.
